How do I get a kinprint family tree?

  1. Buy a kinprint family tree product in a colour of your choice.
  2. Download the corresponding spreadsheet form. The form is linked in your chosen tree's product page or can be found on our Tree Sreadsheet Forms page. Following the instructions included in the form, fill out your family tree information.
  3. Save your completed spreadsheet form and, with your name in the subject line, email it to hello@kinprint.nz
  4. We place your family tree information into your chosen kinprint family tree design, then we send you a digital proof for approval.
  5. Once the proof is approved by you we print it and ship it.
  6. Shipping is free NZ-wide.

Shipping is free NZ-wide (nice right?).

Please note: Kinprint does not currently ship internationally.


How long does it take to get my family tree?

Up to 15 working days.
Once we receive your completed spreadsheet file, we will send you a digital proof within 5 working days. Once you have approved, allow another 10 working days for printing and shipping.


Gaps in your tree?

No worries! If you do not know the name or details of an ancestor you can leave the cell alone. Cells with default information in them are printed blank like so:

OR you can type the word "Unknown" in the name cell and it will be printed like so:

What is your refund policy?

  • If you change your mind about your purchase, a refund can be issued within 30 days of purchase. However, once the design has been approved and/or printed, please understand that we can't issue a refund or replacement.
  • If you receive a product with significant defects or quality issues, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to fix any issues wherever possible.
  • If a customisation error occurs due to our fault, we'll work with you to make it right.
  • Our full refund policy is covered in our Terms and Conditions.


Do you sell framed family trees?

We do not offer framed prints at this time. A1 frames can be purchased at Country Road or most framing and art print stores.
